Feel free to give this place a try but bring long hoses and see if you can hit them on a good day. I pity the next poor traveller who is the "only one to have a problem." Or, if you don't feel like rolling the dice, check out one of the several other RV parks in the Burns area.

Lay out of RV Park is Excellent. Checking in was very easy and fast. Just in for overnight, but if time allowed would stay longer. If we travel in this area again, we would stay here. We stayed here in a 40 FT Motorhome with toad attached.

I came in without a reservation as a storm was right on my tail. Got a site, everyone was friendly and helpful. Manager directed me to the site and left. Went to hook things up only to discover the water and sewer hookups were 35 ft apart. There was no way things were going to reach. By this time I had wasted half an hour trying and it was starting to rain. I came to the office asking to move. They grudgingly agreed, if I paid more. No compensation or understanding, just an upturned nose and a not our problem. I said I would rather just get a refund and leave. They refused. That's right, never got to use any facilities, been in the park less than 45 minutes, but they refused compensation or a refund. Why? Because, as the young lady snidely reminded me, I had signed a paper. In other words, because they could.

Great place for the night. Friendly staff, clean facilities. I think I left my sunglasses at the front desk; I really need to call and try to get them back! Thanks for the hospitality!!

Some of the things they said were unbelievable. Direct quotes: "Our customer service is that you got a site at all." "You're the only one who has ever had a problem." "Go move on up to that space then and if somebody hits your rig that's on you." "We bend over backwards for our customers," And my personal favorite, I was told repeatedly how "rude" --I-- was being. They were happy to suggest I could just drive away but continued to refuse a refund. Oh, and they don't want me to come back. (You can imagine I'm jumping at the chance.) Harassment techniques, such as walking around my RV taking pictures, further signalled their desire that I move on while they keep the money I paid them. If the park wasn't so full, I would believe them con artist, as it is I'm not sure what's going on with them.

Nice RV park. We camped in November so there were very few people camping. The park managers/hosts came out and set up outdoor games just for our kids. The kids loved the games! We appreciated that the park hosts put forth extra effort to make sure that we had a good stay.

This is a really nice park! We just overnighted there on our way home, but found the park clean and well maintained. We were so impressed with the kind and friendly park managers, gave us tips on where to eat in Burns and even reminded us to get gas before we left because it's a long way, uphill, to the next gas. Park is right on the highway, so you do have road noise; still would not hesitate to stay here again.
