We split the grilled tuna on rye and thought it was good. We liked that we each received carrot and celery sticks and a pickle. The brownie was the best I've ever had. The service was friendly but it took more than 20 minutes to get the food.
Yum! What a great place to eat. One of the best egg salad sandwiches I have had. The bread was perfect. The peach pie was very good. I can't quite put my finger on the crust it almost tasted like a sweet bread dough. Very good. My only complaint is the pie was warmed and still cold in spots and the bottom of the pie was a little soggy but still tasted very good. Definitely a place to return to I'd I come back to the area.

Broadway Deli is where I had the best cinnamon roll ever. I love to eat and bake cinnamon rolls and I have tried many, but Broadway Deli had the best one! I was visiting Alvord Desert with my husband and father-in law and stayed in Burns for three days where Broadway Deli is located. We decided to go there based on other reviews and I'm very glad we did. We arrived at the Deli early in the morning when they just opened. It was a sunny, warm day. The owner was wonderful and she listed all our options in detail. She immediately started brewing fresh coffee for us. I liked her sincere welcome and genuine hospitality. Cinnamon rolls were still warm from the oven with a very generous amount of cream cheese frosting. And they were really big. My husband had a delicious ham and eggs and my father in-law had bacon and eggs, and toast. Coffee was excellent too. I will always think of this place with much joy. How I wish they are closer to Portland but I'm sure I will be back. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. You are an excellent baker and host!
Great Sandwich and be sure to save some room for pie. Homemade and tastes like it. I would stop here anytime for lunch. Service also is friendly and efficient. Very good coffee too!
